The Process
Complete the request form. Tell us where you are in your project — feasibility, contractor selection, payment approval, variation request, or live construction concern. Describe the specific decision you're facing and include whatever documentation you have available: quotes, drawings, contracts, payment schedules, correspondence. The more context you provide, the sharper the assessment.
Within one working day, we review your submission and confirm the most appropriate service. We'll recommend the right level of review for your situation — and we'll tell you if your project is better suited to a different product than the one you selected. No commitment required until you've agreed the scope and fee.
Once confirmed, payment is taken at the agreed fixed price. We request any additional documents required for the assessment. All documentation is handled securely and used solely for the purpose of the review.
We review your information against current UK construction cost realities, sequencing risk, procurement strategy and contractual exposure. This is not a template exercise. Every assessment is reviewed on its own commercial and practical merits.
You receive a structured written assessment with a clear recommendation: Proceed, Proceed with defined conditions, or Do not proceed. Written in plain English. No consultant fog. Delivered within 5 working days of documentation being received (3 days for Mid-Build Check-In). For Viability Packs, a 30-minute structured clarification call is included.
